He was also very clean and meticulous - NEVER left a mess. He always cleaned up the work area before he left. These jobs did take several weeks - due to various scheduling conflicts, but it was not a huge concern as I was on vacation. I would definitely employ Mr. Paquin in the future.

He treats each job as though it was a job at his own home. He is extremely detailed and has an ability to envision possibilities and make suggestions. I have other projects pending as the year goes on and I would not hesitate to consult with Leo for input and would definitely rehire him. In fact, I have recommended him to my sister for repairs and landscaping at her home.
Leo is very personable, trustworthy, and a very hard-working professional. Leo gives you great quality at a reasonable rate.

A friend of mine referred Leo to me a few years when I had some drywall work that needed done. I had added a garage and wanted to remove four windows in the wall between the garage and the master bedroom and the master bathroom. Leo removed the windows and filled the openings with drywall. He did such a wonderful job, it is impossible to tell that there were ever windows in the wall.
Leo was very organized and took great care using plastic sheeting to section off the area he was working in to contain the dust. His work was nothing short of excellence. His friendly personality was enjoyable during the three of four days he was here.
I was TOTALLY impressed with his work and have had him do other projects around the house that needed done. I would highly recommend him for any of your home improvement projects as his work is definitely first class. You will not be disappointed in his work!

He remodeled our 1972 condo top to bottom with great skill, taste and engineering. He works very hard to make sure everything is done to code, correctly and perfect. Leo is a very ethical man ~ I work so, it was hard for me to get some of the items I wanted in the condo. Leo would go to the locations for me and I gave him my credit card to pay for the purchases. He would call from the store and the cashier would ring the total up and Leo would send me the full invoice with itemized information attached. I have asked Leo to please help us with small jobs too and he was more than happy and willing to give a helping hand. He prides himself on the quality and detail of his work. He should it is the Best I have ever seen!! I am a perfectionist ~ some say a little OCD. Leo is the only handyman I will ever use to do any work around my home!!
